Tool Making

Our commitment to making the highest quality screw products begins with the use of in-house cam design and CNC machining. Our cam driven machines require skilled engineering to facilitate productivity. First, we layout design machining functions using spreadsheets to manage cam design. Next, we use CAD tools to design cam shape. Finally, we use 3-axis CNC mills to produce cams to our exact specifications. Wire EDM is used to manufacture our solid carbide form tooling to ensure precision and longevity. We effectively monitor the process of manufacturing high quality screw products by controlling our own tool making process.
